Apply a single coat directly to the lips. Repeat to intensify the colour.

If you want to increase the duration and resistance of your fluorescent lipsticks, we recommend you use them with the Lip Primer lipstick sealer.

And if you are looking for an XL-lips effect with more shine and extra volume, you can apply a layer of Gloss Crystal as the final finish.
